Booking Policy – Locs Haven

Thank you for choosing Locs Haven! Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment.

  1. Appointments & Deposits

    All appointments must be booked online through our official booking site.

    A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your final balance.

    The remaining balance is due at the end of your service via cash or e-transfer only.

  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your $100 deposit.

    No-call/no-shows will be charged an additional $100 fee and may be restricted from future bookings.

    For eligible cancellations, $90 of the $100 deposit will be refunded, as a service fee is automatically retained by a trusted third-party company that processes the transactions.

  3. Late Policy

    There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  4. Service Policy

    Please come with your hair clean, product-free, and properly detangled unless otherwise stated.

    Additional fees may apply for detangling, build-up removal, or other extra services not included in your initial booking.

    Basic styles are included with your service. However, strand twists and sophisticated styles are available at an extra cost.

  5. Photos & Social Media

    We love sharing our work! Photos/videos may be taken during or after your service for marketing purposes.

    Let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
